Career launch

Deciding how to launch your career can be an overwhelming time for young adults—particularly young men, many of whom struggle to identify and unlock their professional passion. Whether you’re struggling with a lack of ambition, uncertainty about possible career paths, high expectations that feel overwhelming, or other self-limiting thoughts that are holding you down, we will unpack it all. Enabling you to embark on your career journey with confidence and achieve your full potential.

Mid-career

One of the most challenging yet under-appreciated stages of one’s professional journey is mid-career. You may feel stuck in a dead-end job, uncertain why your career advancement feels stalled, wondering how to reignite the ambition you felt earlier in your career, or contemplating a pivot to an entirely new profession. These frustrations and uncertainties are totally natural, but there aren’t many resources to help you navigate them. We will figure out why you’re stuck and what to do about it.

Founder/Executive

Founding or running a start-up company is a dream of many ambitious professionals. But, once achieved, that dream can sometimes feel like a nightmare. Nobody told you how stressful growing and managing a team can be, with the success or failure of the entire business on your shoulders. It can be incredibly isolating, with no one to talk to and taboos about showing any weakness to employees, investors, or your executive team. The unrelenting pressure often leads to burnout. So let’s stop the vicious cycle, identify your fears, uncertainties and doubts, and chart a sustainable path forward that combines personal and professional fulfillment.
